Our Promise

From the moment you walk through our door we strive to make your visit comfortable, informational and empowering so that you can make the best decision for your pet.

Here is what you can expect from your visit.

A friendly, welcoming "hello"

Your pets will feel at ease with a friendly smile and hello from Christina or Julie at the front desk. Nervous pets may receive calming bandanas, and soothing voices from staff. Reducing your pet’s stress in his “visit to the vet”, is our priority.

Mindful of Your Time

We work hard to ensure that you and your friend don’t wait for long in our ‘waiting room’. We are efficient with our time and will get you into an exam room quickly.

Deep Listening

Patients find visits with Drs. Post and Wells to be thorough, while caring – mindful of your pet’s pain and illness. Companion Pet veterinarians listen deeply to uncover the obvious, and not-so obvious, root cause of your pet’s condition.

Mindful of Your Pocketbook

When your visit to the doc is more than ‘routine’, we know how important it is to “meet you where your budget is at”. We may recommend, but never push, services or tests that might not be right for your situation.

Providing Options

When your pet is in need of extended treatment or care, we create a Treatment Plan that outlines the different approaches to treatment/care for your pet’s condition, and the costs involved. It’s important to us that you know the different treatment options available, so that we can then guide you in evaluating and deciding on what feels right for your pet.

After Care

Your visit to CPC doesn’t end when you leave the clinic. When a patient requires ongoing treatment and care, we reach out regularly to monitor changes and improvements in your pet’s condition. Phone calls to check in, and follow-up visits – all a part of your pet’s initial exam and treatment.
